Both great actors in western movies. But I prefer Clint Eastwood for his bad boy image, unshaved beard, poncho over the shoulder, when it's killin time, cigar in his mouth, and it's your day to die look in his eyes.

I am more familiar with and enjoyed more Clint Eastwood westerns - spaghetti or no. Can't go wrong with High Plains Drifter, A Fistful Of Dollars, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, High Plains Drifter, The Outlaw Josey Wales Josey Wales, or Unforgiven

ooh tough 1! I would say Wayne cuz he did more western's then Eastwood but Eastwood did continue with keepin the genre alive after Wayne's death
