Clomid didn't work for me. I took it two months and it did not raise my progesterone level high enough. My cycles were regular before taking clomid. The third month I took Femara and I got pregnant! Clomid works for a lot of people though. Good luck.

hi there! there are lots of success stories with Clomid, which is good, in some cases depending on your specific situation it works best combined with other meds, the dose that your doctor prescribes will depend on every person, also the higher dosage can increase the chance of conceiving twins, but by a very small chance :-) you can ask other Clomid users and also ask an RE (fertility specialist) online for free any questions about clomid, try www.FertilityTies.com

I took 50 mg, produced 3 eggs, and after IUI I'm now pregnant. That was the first time I took Clomid. I didn't have any side effects, if that's what you mean by "symptoms". I had one hot flash that was it.

hey , I am currently on clomid 100mg, this is my 3 cycle of it, my first 2 cycles were 50mg, I had hot flashes alot in my first cycle along with discomfort in the lower stomach, it works for some people but not all but have your fingers cross
