A figure of speech used to express to someone when they think they've completed some magnificent task and want praise you say, I'll give you a BOZO button... BOZO was a clown... doesn't anyone know what I am speaking of??

I'm not sure what you mean, exactly, but if you're referring to an icon used in forums to indicate someone has been "bozo'ed" then I'd put a pic of a clown.
....and if you're referring to a 'button' that you wear.....then I'd still have a pic of a clown :)
