about a day. or if it's really awesome i have to wait those four hours.

I normally wait, but I usually just give the ten points to the first answer that I liked.

Don't you have to wait a few hours anyway before you can pick Best Answer?
I usually wait a day or so then pick Best Answer.

People have 3 days to answer and a better answer may present itself, so wait.
