Just asking if you alternate capitalization do you get mixed messages that a person may or may not be yelling at you?

It just looks like your bored and have nothing else to do, but ask silly questions you know the questions to already.

No, when they type all in caps, I get a mixed message that they're yelling at me. When they alternate capitalization, I get a strong feeling that they're a moron. It's just very distracting to read, that's all. Plus I imagine it's very time consuming..don't see the point.
