We like Cat a lot, but that dress wasn't her best look! Her hair and makeup looked so pretty but my daughter said "what is the deal with that ruffle???"

OMG! You noticed too? What am I saying? Who didn't? It was like an awful feather, bubble puff dress. It was so distracting and out of place. I guess you could say I didn't like it.
