Some of the foods that you provided me sound scary. A CAT? GEORGE BUSH? EWWW!! Oh well, I feel full now----> cant think of it !!!!

there's left over mexican on the stove and left over spaghetti from yesterday in the fridge. microwave is on the back kitchen counter. pantry is full, if nothing in the fridge appeals to you. help yourself.

It depends if you are a vegitarian i'm afraid I can't help you because i'm a meatitarian (<-i made that word up myself)
However I could probably make you a cheese burger meat loaf, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, peas and corn.

It would Not be made from white flour.No sweets. .or red meat. it Would be fruits and vegetables and whole grains with fish and lean meat.and chicken and sea foods. broiled not fried.and you would be welcome at my table.i give money every time i see to any old homeless people and have taken them into my home for a few days till this old fellow stole my truck and wrecked it when i went fishing.now i don't take them in for any reason.Peace.I wish you full and well.and if you will pray with faith and give it all to the holy spirit of God with total faith that he will take care of you and all your needs., He Will.
