Reality is the best for certain.
We are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies.
This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, We are in a waking dream here. Only one fourth of the souls come here,(the less intelligent ones, (that's us)) and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. That is considered the highest aspiration. Then at the end of life they can return to the eternal Kingdom where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy.
For info. Go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita- As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com you can read it on line.

Dream and reality are the same state. Dream can't happen without reality, it's what fuels the dream state. If there was no real world to live in, dream could not take place because we wouldn't exist.

i would have to says dream. because in the dream world you can create a world or worlds all your own. there isn't anything you cant do in your dreams there are no limitation in the dream world. beside if a scary thought wanders in to one of your dreams you can wake up and be alright. in reality there are so many limitation, gravity, and all that stuff. if something bad happens in reality it really happened and you already awake so you cant just forget about it and tell yourself it was just a dream.

In dreams, you can't be hurt, and whatever you can imagine will come true, but the joy that you get from it isn't genuine happiness. In reality, when something good happens, it is better appreciated because not every day is like that. Reality is better because little happy things can be appreicated more.

apparently desire and destiny are the same thing. That you cannot have a true desire that does not manifest. I am yet to see the two meet up in my life, but I have been told that's how it works. In other words you dream up your reality.

There is no way to distinguish dream from reality.
What is reality?
Have you ever considered that what we consider reality is actually the 'dream', and that dreams are actually brief moments in which you experience 'reality'?
