Its always been said to take care of your feet, if you keep on playing on that bad foot chances are it will pop on its own and if you don't play on it, it will come back once you play again. So i would let it pop on its own and it just depends on your pain tolerance. Once it pops then make sure you treat that wound. If you could find this item called Exuderm lp Low profile Hydrocolloid you could probably find this at a medical supply store. It help recover the dead skin. I know for a fact because I'm a basketball player that blisters are never funny, but i love to play and even if i have a blister i make sure that i take care of it. But if your not playing for the professional women's soccer league i would pop it and let it rest and see a foot specialist if its really looking bad.

Leave it alone until it pops. Then you need to peel back the skin, display the wound and put neosporin & bandages on it for a few days. If you must wear a shoe, you need to get those special bandages for people with corns. It's a thick felt sticker with a hole in the middle. That way, whatever's in the middle is completely protected by the bandage. Take off your shoes at all opportunities, and take off the bandage at home so the wound can dry and hopefully form a scab.

blood blisters are ok to pop but use a needle. The blisters with clear fluid in them are not ok to pop. the pain will go away sortly after you pop a blood blister.

I would take a needle and release the pressure of it as it is dried up blood and once you open it it will feel so much better..If it is on the toenail then you will have to make a tiny hole in it usually in the middle of it.Good luck

You need to pop it and let the pressure out, that is why it is sore, but make sure you use a clean needle and put a bandaid on it.

If you pop it, your shoes will abrade the flesh. It's best if you can leave it alone.
