Spanish is the second most common language in the world (behind English) and I would recommend to almost any non-Spanish speaking student to become fluent, or at least familiar, with the language. Having said that, if you plan to become a renowned international film producer, or something of the sort, French would also be a good choice to consider for all of the reasons you've listed. Given also your campus resources and interests, I'd say that French is the best choice for you. Hope this helps!
