I remember the song and I think the name was "Mr Jaws", It came out about the same time as the movie "Jaws". There was another one in the 80's with ET. Haven't heard one like it in a while.

Mr Jaws...Dickie Goodman,if you go to amazon.com you will find cd's by him and his earlier partner when they were Goodman & Buchanan, and lots of funny songs from the 60's and 70's, about Watergate, Energy Crisis, Aliens, Untouchables, Batman, etc. Check it out.
