How do i create a button that lead to another page but also has text on it?

First, you'll need to create a image using a photo editing program. Try PhotoPlus 6.0 for free here if you don't have one:

Next, you'll need to upload the picture to your webspace. And you'll need to put this code on the page where you want the button:



Just replace targeturlhere with the link where you want the button to lead to. Replace imageurlhere with the url of the actual button image.

I like using images the best. They look a lot better, but it depends on what images you use.


See the "target="_blank"? You don't NEED to put that in, but it makes things nicer when you click on the link. It makes it so the link opens into a new window.

You could even, with an image, make your own little navigation boxes at the top of a website like "home, photos, etc." Just make little boxes on paint or something with the word on it, and upload it onto photobucket. Then put that url into the src spot and it will put it up there. :D

The simplest way to make a button(without using any Javascript) is this;





You can't put a graphic in it though.
