The prompt doesnt show up any where in task/or regestry.So i dont know what application is running it.Does anybody know of a program that can figure what it is simply by just bringing up the password screen? Im stuck.

Holding Alt + Tab shows thst the program is there,but there isnt any name on it.

hold the ALT key and hit TAB, it just might show another program running when you flick thru your open programs. Other than that I'm pretty computer illiterate. :D Sorry

First open task manager and click on the processes tab then do the contrl+shift+alt=backspace thing and watch the processes list to see if a new entry for a program comes up
alternatively if you set a password on some program you should have an idea of what the password would be so enter it and see what program starts up.

Sounds to me like you need to push ctrl+shift+alt+bacskpace+pull your leg at the same time.
