What was the name of that mid to low budget movie, with the guy who could morph in to a cyborg that had knives that were on his elbows and he had to fight those aliens who could disguise themselves as humans there were 2 made. In the first movie the guy fell on this little pod thing and the cyborg implanted itself in his forehead and that’s how he got all those powers, I think it was revolver or something like that.
