Yes you can, My 75 had power brakes, find a booster that will fit that vehicle and install it and then there should be a port blocked off, most likely on the back of the carb, open it up and send a vacuum line over to the booster, just dont forget the check valve......

If you have Disc brakes in front, it already HAS power brakes!

maybe your is broken? or rather and much more commonly, the vacuum line to the brake booster is undone.

I have not seen a GM "B" body car with drum brakes in the front since the 1972 model year. `73 was the first year for a whole new car.

I'd be shocked if you didn't have them now. But yeah, you can. any 73-77 A-body or G-body would have all the stuff on them. You probably don't want to use an old master cylinder and booster without rebuilding, but you can at least be sure you've got the right pushrods by looking at them.
