Day 1 Eat two cans of sauerkraut.
Day 2 Eat two cans of pork and beans.
Day 3 Eat a pound of cheddar cheese.
Day 4 Buy a bottle of that laxative stuff that is clear or green or red and comes in a glass bottle. Costs $1-2. Drink all of it and follow with two big mugs of hot coffee.
Run!! I repeat! Run!! And get on the can as fast as possible. This will be the Apocalypse of stinkbombs!!

Best of luck to you!! I have other methods that work well too.

Eat lots of cabbage, eggs and beans and other gaseous foods. Insert a cork, you know where , and just let it build up for a while. Pretty soon it'll be just like a volcano in your GI system as it begins to rumble and smoke comes out of your ears, pick your target, bend over and aim!

My wife's beef stew. That stuff creates the most noxious effluvium known to man. Perfect for walking around the office and surreptitiously breaking wind (also known as "crop dusting") so you can share it with unsuspecting coworkers whom you are not too fond of. Also great for paying back the wife by jumping into bed, farting and lifting the blanket (a little "dutch oven" as it is known as).
