I recieved an e-mail from aperson sposely in africa who wants to send me 5.5 million dolars to put in my account for me to keep 40% and send them the rest of course this is a scam I have been suckered before, how can I forward this to the authorities?

Trust me, they already know about the email scam.

Besides, they're already reading your email, so only say nice things about J. Edgar.

It's a common scam.
Probably from central europe or africa.
Out of the FBI's jurisdiction.
Just trash it, or have some fun with the moke.
On fellow in England strung one of these guys along for months, got him to espouse a weird religion,
generally drove him nuts.
_Posted it on the web - funny as all get out.
Whatever you do, give them no real information.

The problem is, American authorities do not have jurisdiction in Africa. I've heard about those scams. It's good you didn't fall for it.
