Hehehe...cute question. Nah...I don't think I would try to charge them rent, but if they are poltergiests, I WOULD ask them to clean up after themselves.

about 13 years ago i had a guy comitt suside in one of my bed rooms he was a paying renter in my house.i tried to get his ghostly self to keep paying rent but he wont listen.he only try's to make noise.and scares new renters away.
