Seattle's D is better I believe. Dallas has a pretty new defensive coordinator and they run a East Coast offense meaning they put most their time into their offense. If you noticed the west coast teams have the better D's and have more versatility.

Cowboys defense is better. Spencer will fill in well for the injured Ellis and Ken Hamlin will take over the safety spot. The fact that the Cowboys can run the ball with Jones and Barber allows for the defense to rest.
