Who loves "The Notebook"?! Isn't it the most romantic everything rolled in to one story?

I've had to sit through the notebook so many times! all in all its a good movie, but I'm a guy so I dont get to thrilled with it. Its written in a mans DNA that we need to see atleast 3 explosions in a movie to stay fully entertained! :)
But I do love that movie for other reasons! every guy should have a copy of it in their DVD collection! and make it somewhat visible so you get the "OH MY GOD! I love this movie! Can we watch it!?" its definate points! its also definate points when half way through you realize that its a decent movie (guys if youre reading this, do not ,I repeat,DO NOT let your guy friends know you liked it! they've probably seen it too and probably like it aswell but man law 1,693,876 clearly states " A man shall never at anytime openly discuss the notebook with another man")... just be prepared to watch it a thousand times!
I give the movie two thumbs up!
I know some of you ladies are going to give me a thumbs down, but honestly am I wrong!? :) :)

I think it is a great movie! I loved the actors, the story, everything! "A Walk to Remember" is the same way. "The Guardian" is good too, but its a little older.

Have you read the book? Its really good. All of Nicholas Sparks' books are really good. http://www.nicholassparks.com/TheNovels.html I would suggest reading "The Notebook" first, then try "Dear John".

i love it! the story is really good. especially the scene that they put off their clothes. that's funny right? haha...

my girlfriend made me watch it, as I protested with dread. but it was a good movie... even if it was a chick flick.
