Looking for a low dew point average yearly. Include sources if you have one please. I have struggled looking this up for some time to find good resources online.

Try any higher elevation western city. Some people have suggested Denver, which is good, but you could also look at Reno, Albuquerque, Boise, or even mountain towns in Southern California, like Idyllwild or Julian.

Denver is probably the best bet. But also cities to the north, like Salt Lake City, Spokane, and places in Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas. The Plains states all have four seasons, but you have to look for the higher elevations if you want to see trees change in the fall and spring.
