I would try to run away and escape. Then try to put him in a zoo, so people wouldn't kill it for it's fur!

I would stomp my feet, yell, and clap. Cheetahs are intimidated by that for some reason.
Then watch me do that and they still keep attacking me, "Hey!! Don't you hear what I'm doing?!?! What the heck?! Ahhh!!! Jeff Corwin, this blood is on YOUR hands!! Ahhhh!!"

Probably bleed rather a lot as its claws and rather sharp teeth rip into my flesh? Maybe groan a bit or cry out in pain. Hope that someone comes along with a very big stick.....
