Yes you can use a modifed client like the guy above me suggested or you download a program to patch MSN messenger to allow more then one instance of it to run at the same time.

you go to like the last page of options and you check off

Polygamy (Multi-MSN)

Note: this program also removes the area for Ads on messenger so make sure you check off remove advertisement as well. There are like 2 instances of it you have to look for it page by page.

its a windows live messenger extension that is completely safe and it gives you extra special features including multiple accounts capabilities (polygamy) changing your display name font colour and many other scripts..

i enjoy it very much.

i saw my friend have to accounts open at the same time and on the same computer....but his computer was hooked onto two computer screens....so...not really
