It just doesn't get much better than Mexican food! I could totally live on nothing but it. I like to cook it, too! Margaritas are very simple to make! There are tons of good Mexican cookbooks out there.

I make it myself, quite often. My enchiladas are to die for. And I grow most of the stuff myself, including all the spices. And I grow all sorts of hot peppers, from chile's to habenero's. Just ground up a bunch of thai peppers last night. VERY HOT ones.
