How can I get the floor to look wet but be dry at the same time. I mop the floor and its got this nice shine but after it dries it losses that shine. Is there anything that will help keep that wet shinny look.

mop & glow. make sure floors r really clean. you will have to remove it now and then with an amonia solution.

I assume that we are talking about vinyl, I agree with Rachel G. Mop N Glow is what you want. Then, do not come back over your shiney surface later on with Lysol or one of those other harsh cleaners because it will strip off your shine and you will have to Glow it all over again.

Floor wax, it comes in liquids or wax form, the wax form needs to be buffed the liquid form just needs to be applied and once it is dry it is shinny like it is just after you wash it.

You have to wax the floor to have that look. Some floors were never designed to look shiny though.
