I think psychological testing should be mandatory before puberty and people with psychotic tendencies should be marked and watched and when they have kids those children can be supervised to make sure they are well taken care of.
Also I think it should be a law that no news organization can print or report about any so-called abuse to a child without concrete proof that it was abuse and not that the child got their backsides busted because they'd been a little turd all day and mommy just wasn't going to deal with it any more so she popped them in the mouth at the check-out line.
What we see is just one piece to the larger puzzle of life.

I was thinking the same thing earlier today while watching CNN. They showed a woman on video punching her kid in public. Turns out her "boyfriend" shook one of her babies to death just 4 years ago. I looked at my wife and said "oh yeah, she should have about 4 more" and was just disgusted. There should be some kind of test.

I 100% hate it, and as a child and youth care counsellor, I see it on a daily basis. It aggravates me to no end.

You mean reproduce just because they had sex? And then don't raise them right or take the high road of responsiblity so society and schools and other people end up doing their job? YES!!!!!!

I have witness some very horrible things, life is so unfair for so many wee ones...It saddens my heart and makes this Italian blood boil...

Anyone can have a baby, but it takes an exceptional person to raise a baby/child to adulthood.
