Current population of earth: in excess of 6.5 billion humans. No aliens.
I think it highly likely that there are other carbon-based life-forms somewhere in the Universe. And that a proportion of them will be intelligent and a proportion of those will have more advanced civilisations than ours.
But there is as yet no evidence to confirm that they exist, and as someone with a scientific training, "believing" i.e. an act of faith has no part in my experiencing of the world.
If we find evidence of life elsewhere and it is conclusive evidence, then I would have no difficulty in accepting those conclusions as fact.

There are probably about 7 billion people on earth,
I'm not sure why Tommiecat doesn't believe in aliens since he believes Jesus is coming back in a UFO. How do I know this, he is my father so I have the right to say that.

I believe i seen a ufo and there are around 7 billion people and countinng on earth and about 1/3 of them believe we are not alone but some people are ignorant and don't want to waste their time believing that "little green men exist" and there maybe be people above me that made fun of you already for posting this question but dont listen to them they just are selfish and dont care ignorance like i said they only care about what happens in their own little world but thats how many people are today

The question should be, ( how many aliens are there on the planet earth?) THE ANSWER IS MORE THEN YOU ARE WILLING TO BELIEVE. Trust me on this.
