All of them and I still watch them when they are on TV, and I watched the Gidget, and Tammy movies as well. I miss all of those and the movies with Doris Day and Rock Hudson. What wonderful memories, I wish they had more like them today.

God yes! Watching them today is kind of painful. You have to laugh when you see Annette and the rest of the girls with those teased up hairdos and at the beach yet. Apparently there was never any wind at Malibu. Some of the plot lines were down right goofy but it was harmless fun and the movies often revolved around music and dancing.

What is really funny also is the way those movies were written back in that era. It went something like this:

Boy meets girl.

Girl likes boy and boy likes girl but they get off to a bad start.

Boy treats girl badly.

Girl begins to not like the boy so much and acts like she's not interested in him.

If boy so much as mentions marriage girl is ready to forgive and forget all just to get married as though that was all that women could ever aspire too.

Thankfully with the 70s these ideas and attitudes finally went out the window.

You bet I did watch those movies. I thought they were so cool. Annette & Frankie were a great duo to star in those movies.

And then the Gidget movies starring Sandra Dee and James Darren, then Deborah Walley and James Darren. And then the later ones starring Cindy Carol and James Darren. And then the still later ones starring Sally Field and....

You get my drift, I guess.

At the time they were great fun. Still fun to watch but a bit hokey. Eric von Zipper has to be my favorite character of them all.
