Should he be fired by the NFL or given a second chance? Should he lose his endorsements? Do you think he'll take a plea deal?

If he takes a plea deal then his career won't be over as he'll probably get a way lesser sentence and would be able to play again after about a year or so and he would be suspended for a year. Most likely he will be suspended for a year anyway. If he doesn't cop a plea deal then he could face up to 6 years or more in prison in which case his career would pretty much be over. He is already losing endorsement deals left and right as we speak due to all of the controversy of this case.

Either he pleas or he'll be facing additional charges and will be serving the max after being found guilty. He will never play in the NFL again. His endorsements deals are over.

It'd be hilarious if he tried to clean up his career by doing one of those dog food commercials. Hugging the dog, smiling and all...

I don't think his career is over in the least. But as far as Nike/Gatorade/whatever it is goes, it's probable.
