studies and surveys on this have not proven anything. I believe you need to determine intellectuality on the person themselves. A lot of things need to be considered in that, like if they went to school or were home schooled, if they were schooled in city or rural schools, if they had older children in the family who helped them learn, if they were the eldest in the family and the parents spent more time with them, if the parents had a skill the child could have picked up at an early age, etc. etc. Even considering that some children have a need for glasses, or have been in an accident and hospitalized, or have had childhood diseases, etc. that have held them back in learning for a while would contribute or not to how well they pass tests. So neither men nor women are superior or can be compared.

well i am not an expert but from what i 've learnedmen and women have different ways of thinking,
except for a few exceptions

men think basic , like, finish think start that , almost like a cd , listen to track 01 then track 02, men can also decide what information is important and needs to be stored and what is not ( even without realizing it )

women - think about it all at once almost in a way of speaking , they don't just think of subject a with out thinking of subject b,
we are multi - thinkers , we also absorb everything ( even with out realizing it )
so i guess it really depends on what the task is

lol i hope this helps, sorry it's so long!

According to Wikipedia:

Memory: Several studies have shown women are better at certain types of memory

General knowledge: A study by Richard Lynn showed that men have more general knowledge than women

IQ difference between men and women is typically about 3-4 IQ points, while women usually maintain short-term memory advantages over men of about 2 IQ points

Academia: Men outnumber women in tenured faculty positions in math and science. Women outnumber men in tenured faculty positions in humanities fields.

Although women may have smaller brains than men, they appear to have greater neuron density in their prefrontal lobe, which is involved in higher functions such as planning, judgment, and language

women tend to score higher on certain verbal and memory tests, whereas men tend to score higher on spatial tests, particularly mental spatial rotations.

"Who is more intellectually superior, men or women? "

The word 'more' is redundant; the question SHOULD read; "Who is intellectually superior...".

In this case it's obviously the women who are superior. Women in general tend to have better language skills.

Thanks for posting this question.

People with "superiority" issues tend to be intellectually the most inferior. Racists do the same thing . . ."White men's brains are bigger than Black men's brains" sort of intellectually messed up thinking related to insecurity and fear.

You have high and low intellects in both men and women, so we sort of balance each other out.

men areobviously more intellegent and more rational and better decision makers. which would be the reason why men have always been the leaders of society and have always until very recently been the completely dominant sex. but then women got rights and now they think they are better than men, they dont backit up with anything, they just say that cause they are pissed. but.. women are better at multitasking....

Intellect is not something to be assessed in aggregate numbers. It is an individual trait, and not gender specific.
