Well, running through the park is an easier run. Running at the beach is generally harder because of the sand. So if you think that an easier run is better, the choice is the park. Harder running=beach. I prefer easier runs right now, because I don't run all that often, like once a week, and I still have trouble with pacing myself, and breathing is a BIGGIE! The cars that drive by make it really hard for me to breathe. When I get into running, running on the beach will be amazing!! Unfortunately, I live 3 hours away from the beach....

The park is a better place to run , the land has a harder surface, the sand on the beach can be too soft making the muscles in your legs work harder.
