I've been taking physical therapy for my back due to my large bust size (34 DDD), but nothing is working so my mother and I (Im 17) are going to go with surgery. Im only about 5'0ft tall and im working towards my goal of weighing about 105-110lbs. What size do think would be best for my body type?

Insurance companies have a minimum that is required to be removed in order for them to approve the surgery, have you had any consultations with PS's yet?

You could go to a 34C or 34B IMO.

You and your mom should check out this site, it has an excellent FAQ section as well as support and picture board for you to look at, it helped me out a TON before and after surgery.

I would say a large B small C. You and your Dr. will talk about the size that will fit your frame better without leaving you big. Make sure that you are comfortable with the decision and remember, you have to be happy with the choices made, so try to keep as involved as possible. Good luck!

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

The surgeon will be able to tell you what would be best for your frame and height. I am guessing a C would not be too far out of range.
