I say realistic because i remember in heath class, the idea was beaten into our heads that if you smoked even one cigarette you would die a horrible death.

So any real heath concerns. REAL.

the smoke hardens the soft tissue inside of the lungs, cutting down your oxygen intake. Cigarettes are addictive and difficult to stop using. Nicotine is a drug and cigarettes have to be viewed as a legal drug.

Very very slim, like being struck by lightning slim, at the most, later on in life, you wont be able to run as far as a non smoker, but even thats pushing it. most smokers are on a pack a day, just dont get addicted.

A nice cigg is the perfect remedy for a long shitty day at work

Is that possible? - I heared that nicotine was more addictive than heroin and you need a "hit" every twenty minutes or so.
