My period has been all out of whack lately...I started last Sunday, the 5th...it was really light all week long until the next Sunday...now, it's like a normal period...If your peak ovulation is 10 days after the first day of your period, could I be ovulating now? I'm kind of new at tracking my cycle and ovulation...My husband and I just started trying to conceive at the end of May...

i was "spotting" all last week adn now i think this is my period...i asked my mom which day to count as the first day of my period and she said sunday the 5th? would that be right?

also, i was on BC for 4 years and just got off at the end of may to start trying...my period used to be right on time every month..to the hour! lol...now, it's all out of whack and i hate it...i know that must have something to do with it...

to be sure that you are "catching your egg" you should not count 10 days after the first day of you period you should buy a Ovulation Predictor Kit (a good one is the Clear Blue Easy brand) and for at least two months use the kit to find out when your most fertile days are (because you may be missing your ovulation date by starting too soon or not starting soon enough depending on your cycle length) if you have a 28 day cycle you will most likely ovulate on the 14th day of your cycle give or take a day...as for the bleeding it does not sound normal and before you try anything maybe you should talk to your OBYGN to make sure nothing bad is going on...i wish you lots of baby dust!!!

No, ovulation is about 2 weeks prior to and after your period.

If you're sure you're on your period this moment, then it's very unlikely you're ovulating. Have you been feeling normal lately? Sometimes women spot blood when they first conceive. Could you be pregnant?

usually the best time is 2 weeks after your period. im now 38 weeks.

not if your still bleeding you need to see the doctor you have been bleeding to long and its 14 days not 10
