You can fill it to the pressure labelled on the tire or look on the drivers door or glovebox or owner's manual for the recommended pressure from the manufacturer---usually lower for a better ride.

No idea. We need to know what kind of vehicle the tire is fitted to. The amount of air in a tire determines how much weight the tire can carry and not all vehicles that might take this size tire have the same load carrying requirements.

Look on the side of the tire, it will say the maximum tire pressure, fill to within 5 pounds of the max..... example..... 40 max, fill to 35 psi.

dont look at the tire
pressures are set by the manufactuar and they usually put the info in the drivers door jam....if not the trunk....i have even seen it in a gas tank latch
