Why not pick up the book and do it yourself? For crying out loud, what is with people asking an online forum to do their homework for them?
And for the record, "spelt" is not a word.

Ah. That sounds like homework. I should add that page numbers differ depending on what edition you have, so even if you do find someone to feed you answers your information may not be accurate.
