I'm hearing reports he said US Soldiers were conducting air raids on civilians in Afghanistan. This would be a war crime. Is this true, does he have evidence he's holding back or what?

Nobama has a way with words...that reminds me of a certain guy that was "reporting for duty", John Kerry. He is feeding the base the red meat they need to get whipped up to get the money rolling in. He has no experience and should not be considered for the president! But alas Howard Dean has to be reborn each election cycle.

There are 2 phases in a military trial. The first to determine guilt and the second to look at factors that determine sentencing. Even after a sentence, the command can reduce - but never increase - a sentence. Okay, having gotten that out of the way, I would say that you have not given enough information to determine what the mitagation would be. For instance a soldier that has been fighting for say 72 hours and only grabbing sleep for a few moments here and there would not be able to make the same judgement as one who was freshly rested. If the two of them committed a similar crime, I would hope that there would be some type of mitigation for the soldier who had been fighting. I have been disturbed by some of the light sentences given over the past several years to military personnel who have killed civilians in Iraq. However, compared to the My Lai Massacre, the results have been better.

Yes. He said that our soldiers are "just air raiding villages and killing civilians"

Obama should drop out of the race immediately.

I think He misspoke, or he was pandering to the crazies, but either way I took it wrong.

Once again the Dems are calling the Troops Babykillers.(That didn't take very long)

Edit: To that Leftist unamerican who thinks he can cleverly call himself BushSupporter... Why don't you grow a pair and say that to a US service member. or are you to comfortable hiding behind your modem.

Edit again: Good god. Do the Dems on this board just try to goad people or do they really believe this Anti Military- military the bottom of the barrel sentiment. For anyone who truely beleives that crap they can get the hell out. They don't deserve American citizenship.

His alligator mouth overran his humming bird butt. He did make the accusation. He learned the tactic from John Kerry.

That is true. He completely slammed the US military that is fighting to protect us from terrorism. He is an anti-military wuss just like all of the leading Democratic candidates.

I love how one con makes something up with no source and other cons start crying in outrage, over some false claim.
