sqrt(11)*(sqrt(11) + 2) + 2*(sqrt(11) + 2) =

Distributive again:
sqrt(11)*sqrt(11) + 2*sqrt(11) + 2*sqrt(11) + 2*2 =

Multiply out values:
11 + 2*sqrt(11) + 2*sqrt(11) + 4 =

Combine like terms:
15 + (2 + 2)*sqrt(11) =
15 + 4*sqrt(11)
