I assume you either have IVA or are Bankrupt ..

No landlord is going to take on a Tenant that can't pay their rent ...

Some landlords will accept DHSS & since the money goes straight to them they may not be too worried about your credit rating...

The other possibility is to get some-one to act as 'gurantor' i.e. someone who will pay the rent if you default .. for example your parents

So I suggest you admit any problems 'up front' and work with them to agree a method of payment that they will be happy with ...
