I can honestly say that for the 1st time in me life, I actually like myself. I'm 50, soon to be 51. I spent (wasted) years in self-destructive behavior and I've paid for it dearly. I lost a 1/3 of my right lung 13 years ago.
For those who still engage in that type of behavior - u just NEVER know how or when it's going to get u, but it WILL.
