You need to put a pulley removal tool on it.

It has a large bolt in the middle that rests on the crankshaft
and 3 arms that hook the clutch
then you turn the bolt and it will be forced off the crank.

Almost all parts stores have them, just make sure you measure the clutch so you know what size you will need.

Ok it sounds like you need to press the clutch off to do this take the engine to the small engine shop and explain the situation and for a few bucks they will propably be happy to remove it for you. Remember to sand the shaft slightly to easy reassembly and a small amout of never seize couldn't hurt to ease future removal. Pistons in these engins rarely shatter unless the governor has been over ridden.

Hard to say without looking at it. It could be a press fit or there could be some set screw holding the clutch on with a key in a keyway. I agree with the other guy, get some help with it. good luck.

I wonder if you need some help at the place you are at. It shouldn't come off by just pulling on it. Use a wrench or something. You haven't informed us is it centrifugal clutch like many go karts or what. Typing with words like 'plz' and 'wat' makes me wary of giving you any information you will use to destroy your engine or hurt yourself.
