A 15 month old should not be getting baby food anymore. They need to be fed mostly what you eat, just smaller portions and cut up small. Unless you or someone else in your family has a history of egg or peanut allergies she can have those. My son LOVED scrambled eggs at this age, especially with shredded cheese mixed in. Most toddlers I have taken care of (I am a nanny), as well as my own son and my niece don't care for meat. I think it mostly has to do with the texture. Beef stew, though, with the meat cut up VERY small, my son loves and he will eat the whole bowl and ask for more. Homemade vegetable beef soup (Not the canned stuff) is a good way to get them to eat their veggies. It is also a good time to start teaching her to use a spoon if she hasn't started already. My son liked feeding himself. Just be prepared for a mess at first.

Costco has a bag of frozen spinach and mozarella ravioli that are delicious!! They have a herb and parmesan packet that comes with them that you can use if you want but don't have to. My son loved them. At 15 mos he pretty much ate whatever we did, so if you eat healthy, she will too. If she eats cheese, yogurt, beans and fish (to name a few) then I'm sure she's getting enough protein. Veggies was the hard one for us too, but if you keep a few jars of veggies on hand and feed her table food I'm sure she'll be just fine.

At that age my son's favorite was rotelli pasta with spaghetti sauce and then I would blend in some cottage cheese too. He loved it and the cottage cheese adds in a little extra protein. ( My son always picked around meat.... and he still does)
Another favorite for my son was black beans, rice, corn, tomatos and cheese. When I would make burritos for the rest of the family I would make him a little fiesta bowl of all the extra ingredients and he had a great time making a mess and eating. It was also great practice for him to pick of small objects with his pincher grasp.

avoid processed lunch meat and hot dogs the nitrates are not good for little kids. It ok if she wont eat meat. try putting peanut butter in cream of wheat of oatmeal (decreases the choking risk) also beans are a good source of protein but in order to get the most out of beans they need to be served with a form of rice. you can even try baby rice cereal mixed with hummus (mashed garbonzo beans) and veggies. i wouldnt worry too much i have a friend whos little guy is 3 and only likes milk she battles with him to eat anything and hes a healthy little guy

By the time all my kids were that age they were only on table food just make meals that have everything they need in them. As for meat you can either hide it in something else such as mashed potatos or try dipping it in ketchup just make sure you cut the meat up in very very very small peices
Good Luck

my daughter is 19 months, and she hates meat. if yours can chew good try a peanut butter sandwhich. peanut butter has alot of protein in it.
crackers with peanut butter on them will work.
what if you mixed alot bit of hamburger meat with mac and cheese, that might work. good luck.

I basically feed my baby what he will eat. Spaghetti, yogurt, mashed potato, thick pumpkin soup, pasta, vegies with gravy.
