Yes - if the same game is released on both systems, and is designed for multiplayer play. You could be playing against someone with a ps3, a PC, or xbox live ;););)

not 360 and ps3 only 360 and pc they ae the only two at the minute

no, but i believe microsoft is working on pc vs 360
