anyone else pokes a bit of fun, at america even in a nice way, we always get loads of thumbs down, can the americans not take any good natured banter or critisism or poke fun at yourselves, we brits can as long as you dont make any cracks about us drinking lots of tea

2. Let me introduce you to a very useful punctuation mark. It's called a period [.]. Your entry above could use 4 or 5 of them. You might even consider a question mark [?] or two.

3. Also, there are such things as capital letters.

4. Some Americans don't have a sense of humor, others do. I'm not sure what you think of as 'good natured banter'. It's possible that it may be viewed as unfair criticism or even out-right lies. That's sure to tick a few people off.
