They would not take you solely on the merit of having studied at UCLA. It certainly may catch some people's eye, but all in all it will ultimately come down to your look, your talent, your marketability and whether or not they need your type at this particular time.

Only if you were good enough and had a look he could market. You will compete with the best talent in the world? Ready for that? Or didn't they teach you how to get a job as an actor at UCLA? I think with acting agents, it's less about where you went to school and more about your talent and what you studied at school!
