i think i got it is it 113.4 because 113.4 minus 1/5 which is 18.9 is 94.5 and 94.5 minus 1/8 is 10.5 so it's 84 and 84 divided by 3 is 28 is it correct?

LOL, it would be very difficult to have .8 of a goose. Try this:

let X = total number of geese
1/5 x = geese that left at 1
1/8(4/5x) = geese that left at 2 => 1/10x
3/5 x = geese that left at 3

x - 1/5x - 1/10x - 3/5x = 28
x = 280

1PM = 56
2PM = 28
3PM = 168
total of 252 geese flew away leaving 28
