The whole war is a farce. It really is. If soldiers and innocent civilians weren't getting killed, property destroyed, absolutely monumental amounts of money thrown after bad and the whole world absolutely brazenly and barefaced lied to, then it really would be quite funny. Then again the image of Bush sitting in the oval office going 'la la la' with his hands over his ears as his generals give him reports IS quite amusing...

Hey, you don't suppose Bush saw that Iraqi minister of information saying "There are *boom* no *bang* repeat - no *explosion* American troops in Iraq *boom*" and thought - "Now THERE is a guy who can tell lies! I wanna be just like him!!"

Bush wants to go after Iran, so he brands a government agency in Iran a terrorist organisation. How very convenient Mr Bush! How handy! You can't call them terrorists because you don't have any actual evidence that they are - so simply change the definition of a terrorist! Brilliant!

The people who said mission accomplished were a bunch of sailors on a ship who took it upon themselves to put up a sign.
Calm down, they won't be writing any reports.
They will be swabbing seagull droppings off a deck defending your right to speak irresponsibly.
You can go consult with them if you like.

EDIT: BTW Keith Ellison, a Muslim congressman of the fifth district in Minnesota and a member of the socialist democratic farm workers party has said that the surge is working. Is he a liar too?

Only in a divided, weak, liberal country like this do we spend more time attacking and condemning our own president then we do condemning terrorists and the unpatriotic speeches given by democrats advocating defeat in wartime.

Congress or the Senate should write it, that way we'll know it's completely false.

Because when Bushy says "9/11 changed everything" they meant EVERYTHING.

Up is down, down is up.

The american people want less troops in Iraq, they put in more.

This is what happens when you elect an non-reading Texan to the White house.

gee I wonder if it will be positive?

I can't wait for conservatives to use it as "proof" that the war in Iraq is going well
