As long as it takes you to get a marriage license.

You can remarry on the 31st day after the divorce is granted (the date the Final Decree of Divorce is signed by the judge). If you're remarrying the same person you just divorced, there is no waiting period. Congrats...

If I were you I would call the courthouse's marriage clerk and ask them . they could probably tell you better than us . good luck .
