It could be a few things. Does the buzzer sound at all times, even when you first start the engine? It could be low oil pressure. The marine gear may have a pressure switch on it that will sound the buzzer if the marine gear is low on oil or if the pressure switch goes bad. ( mine went bad and was leaking oil and sounding the alarm) If the buzzer sounds when the engine warms up it is likely the temperature.

Check all the guages as 1 is heading high or low when the busser go off there should be a light flashing tell for whats wrong???There are a lot of things that could make the alarm go off best look before it get costly??It could be anything from low voltage to water flow threw the turbo. If you have electric controls shifters voltage loss to 1?????

My brother's boat have twin cummins diesels. When the Buzzer go off they too hot. Check the water flow for cooling. Also, you can see if the Buzzer go off after the engine cool. After running if it go off, odds are it the cooling.
