IMPOSSIBLE. you may have worded it wrong.... if the second digit is "4 times" larger than the third. the lowest it can be is "4" , and the highest it can be is "8" that would make the second and third digits either "41" or "82"........ hmmm. never mind.... it's 182. lol....... SORRY!!!
